We subscribe to the most stringent training programs to ensure our crews are prepared for any situation. We've fostered a very strong safety culture and our staff are dedicated to keeping our clients safe and secure while they travel.

About Our Leadership

Our partners have 50 plus years of combined leadership experience in the military, commercial, charter, and corporate aviation segments, and business management experience beyond the aviation space. While they are seasoned Airline Transport Pilots with extensive domestic and international experience, they've also spent years outside the cockpit managing people, businesses, and flight departments; developing skills that few pilots acquire in the course of their normal career. This unique experience has been instrumental to their success in private aviation and enables them to approach your flight department from an operational perspective as well as running it like a business unit.

Having managed flight departments for multi-billion-dollar organizations, they now bring that knowledge and experience to each of their valued clients at Maven Aero.
